A little while ago our dearly loved cat, Stormy, died after a brave and long battle with kidney disease. We buried him under his favourite tree and as a memorial to him, I carved a simple headstone and etched his name on it. Not too long after, a friend also lost their beloved pet and at his request, I also carved a memorial headstone for him. We found these little commemorating tributes to be a way we could spend some time to ‘paws and reflect’ on our memories when passing them in the garden.
